Data explorer

Spatial transcriptomics lists individual tissue section records with measured spatial RNA and coordinates, and either the original H&E image or only a preview image. Cohorts and resources lists the underlying studies across all data layers. TCGA patients shows retained RNA-seq and 450k methylation by patient for the panel projects, with the patient screen, the analysis cohort and annotations. Select a row for sources, links and curation details; every view exports the current selection as CSV or JSON.
